RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our products are made by us in our shop to the highest quality standards. We stand 100% behind everything that we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve any problems you have. You may either return the item for a refund or exchange for another like product, within 30 days of receipt. You pay shipping costs and the merchandise must be in undamaged condition. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless the item is defective then a full refund will be given.
We work diligently to merge affordability & reliability when shipping our products. To that end, we may use USPS, Fed Ex or UPS to get your product to you. If you have a preference, simply let us know. At the time of shipment, you’ll receive a tracking number from us, so that you can follow your purchase as it journeys to you.
